Today is a very hard day. Very stressful and mentally anguishing. My narc mom is a very convincing liar. I grew up in a family with foster kids. She just craved the money and heroism from it. I"m hurting so bad.
I am figuring out that my mom is a narcissist she never says she is sorry for a fight she starts pushes my buttons to the point where I explode ! Then i feel guilty for what happens swears in front of my kids and tells me what to do I am 44 years old this is a terrible feeling any suggestions please !
