This explains why they are so prone to outbursts. Like a 6 year old in a grocery store who doesn't get their way so they lay down on the floor in a tantrum until someone gives in. Unfortunately, you can't tell them if they don't behave they will be in trouble or get a spanking, with a narc, your only choice is to give in, or walk away.
